This document outlines the Cyber Citizen project’s approach to enhancing cybersecurity awareness and skills across the European Union. It addresses the evolving cybersecurity threat landscape driven by increased digitalisation and highlights the need for a secure digital culture. The Cyber Citizen learning model, detailed within, includes various learning methods and tools, such as macro and micro-learning techniques, gamified elements, and digital badges, accessible through the Secport portal. Targeting a diverse user base, the document explores how these resources cater to different learning preferences.
